Acer unveils new gaming PCs, including its first handheld and an Arrow Lake desktop

Acer debuted new gaming PCs, featuring a Predator Orion 7000 with Arrow Lake CPUs and the Nitro Blaze 7 handheld, at the IFA event in Berlin.

: Acer showcased new gaming PCs at IFA in Berlin, including the Predator Orion 7000 desktop with next-gen Arrow Lake CPUs. The display also featured 14-inch and 16-inch Nitro V laptops and Acer's first handheld gaming PC, the Nitro Blaze 7. Set apart by their AI PC branding, these devices include mature processors and high-performance GPUs. Acer also revealed a concept for a laptop with a detachable wireless controller.

Acer introduced several new gaming PCs at the IFA event in Berlin. Among the highlights is the Predator Orion 7000 desktop, equipped with Intel's upcoming Arrow Lake CPUs, marking a significant upgrade for high-end gaming and AI tasks.

In addition, Acer announced two Nitro V laptops with 14-inch and 16-inch displays, starting at $1,100 and $1,300 respectively. These laptops offer options for high-refresh-rate screens, up to 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, and entry-level to mid-range RTX graphics cards.

Acer's first foray into the handheld gaming market is marked by the Nitro Blaze 7, featuring AMD's Ryzen 7 8840HS processor and Radeon 780M GPU. They also teased a concept gaming laptop with a detachable wireless controller, providing versatility for gamers.
