DJI's Osmo Mobile 7P gimbal can track you around on any Android or iOS camera app
DJI unveils Osmo Mobile 7P gimbal with native app tracking for Android and iOS.

DJI has presented the Osmo Mobile 7 and 7P gimbals, with the 7P providing native app tracking abilities on both Android and iOS platforms using its Multifunctional Module. This module includes a tracking camera and an LED light and allows for gesture control, making the Osmo Mobile 7P a versatile choice for creators and vloggers.
The Osmo Mobile 7P also boasts a built-in extension rod and tripodal structure, unlike the previous version or the plain Osmo Mobile 7, and it can track multiple subjects or pets via the DJI Mimo app. It carries a competitive $149 price tag and doubles as a power bank for your phone, boasting a generous 10-hour battery life, clearly aiming to take on Insta360's Flow 2 Pro, which has recently introduced its tracking module.
With tracking and gesture control capabilities on several apps and the capacity to produce higher sound quality when paired with DJI's Mic Mini transmitter, the Osmo Mobile 7P is a noteworthy contender in smartphone stabilization technology. While it currently lacks Dockkit support for iPhones that its competitor had offered, DJI is staying silent on future updates about this matter, leaving users curious about possible enhancements.
