Naughty Dog introduces a new sci-fi game, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, directed by Neil Druckmann for PS5.

Naughty Dog announces a thrilling shift from its usual themes with Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, a sci-fi game centered around bounty hunting. Directed by Neil Druckmann, this game is the studio's first new intellectual property since 2005, diverging from their known titles like Uncharted and The Last of Us.
Set in the far future, the narrative follows Jordan A. Mun, portrayed by Tati Gabrielle, who is marooned on the isolated planet Sempiria, cut off from the rest of the universe for over 600 years. The game teases encounters with fierce robots and promises an emotional, character-driven storyline combined with advanced gameplay.
Visuals showcased in a captivating trailer highlight starry galaxies and dynamic combat, all accompanied by a unique soundtrack crafted by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, alongside tracks from Pet Shop Boys. Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is currently being developed for PlayStation 5, though no release timeframe has been provided yet.
