Leica, renowned for its premium cameras, launches the LUX grip, a specialized accessory for iPhones that transforms them with advanced camera controls. Weighing 120 grams, it is designed for ambidextrous handling and includes features like a two-stage shutter button for precise photography.

Enhanced functionality is accessible through an accompanying app, which connects to the iPhone using Bluetooth Low Energy. The app allows customization of buttons, and introduces bokeh effects from popular Leica lenses, such as Summilux-M and Noctilux-M, alongside Leica Looks without post-processing.

The LUX grip is available at a price of £260/€300, VAT included, with each purchase granting a yearlong subscription to the Leica LUX app. Additionally, an optional case can be bought for £50, adding further protection to the device.
