Created by Dragami Games, this remake offers a “definitive version” of the original game, retaining the core story but adding significant quality-of-life improvements. Players can choose between two modes: the 'Original mode' and the 'RePOP mode,' which features less violence and unique pop-art damage effects.

The update also includes several new features such as four additional chainsaws, 30 new costumes, and expanded gameplay content like a time attack mode.
