MSI reveals 600Hz gaming monitor, Koorui one-ups with 750Hz model
MSI unveils 600Hz monitor, surpassed by Koorui's 750Hz debut at CES.
MSI has launched its latest gaming monitor, the MPG 242R X60N, with a remarkable 600Hz refresh rate, designed for esports enthusiasts. It features a 24.1-inch display, 1080p resolution, and a 'Rapid TN' panel with a 0.5ms response time, equipped with modern connectivity options like a USB Type-C port with 98W power delivery.
Koorui, a subsidiary of HKC, announced the G7, which boasts a groundbreaking 750Hz refresh rate, surpassing MSI's offering. This 24.5-inch esports monitor uses a TN panel but enhances color accuracy with the latest QD film, achieving 95% DCI-P3 coverage.
Both monitors cater to competitive gamers, with the G7 featuring HDR support, capable of reaching 400 nits brightness. MSI also plans to showcase its other innovations, including a 27-inch OLED 240Hz monitor, while Koorui expands its lineup with additional high-refresh-rate displays.
