Leaker Billbil-kun from Dealabs has revealed an image of the final design for the PlayStation 5 Pro, suggesting an imminent release. Although the packaging sketch lacks a disc drive, it's possible Sony could offer a variant with optical media support or an attachable disc drive like the PS5 Slim.

The PS5 Pro will feature significant GPU enhancements based on AMD's RDNA 3 architecture, improving rasterization by 45 percent and ray tracing performance by up to 400 percent. Additionally, AI upscaling will enhance image quality at lower rendering resolutions.

Game developers at Gamescom 2024 have already discussed their plans for the console, with rumors hinting at a possible September announcement from Sony. Speculated prices range from $500 for the digital version to $700 for a disc drive model, with a launch potentially set for December 6.
