Sony has announced the commencement of a beta test for cloud streaming on its PlayStation Portal gaming handheld. This new feature becomes part of an update released today, with Europe receiving access from Wednesday onward.

During this beta phase, only PlayStation Plus Premium members can participate, providing them with over 120 PS5 titles to explore. The game selection includes popular names like Dave the Diver, Ghost of Tsushima, and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Absent from the beta are PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 titles, which might be added later. This update also subtly adjusts audio and volume settings, but the primary focus remains enhancing the handheld with cloud gaming capabilities.
