Star Citizen is running another free play event which features a tutorial for "new and returning players"

: Star Citizen is hosting its annual Intergalactic Aerospace Expo, offering free play until December 5th. This includes a new tutorial in the IAE Academy for new and returning players. Participants can rent ships for missions like bounty hunting and mining. New ships, such as the Terrapin Medic and F7C-R, are also available.

The Intergalactic Aerospace Expo for Star Citizen is underway, providing a period of free play lasting until December 5th. As part of this event, Cloud Imperium Games unveiled the IAE Academy system to guide both new and returning players.

During this event, players can use the Drake Cutter loaner ship to complete the introductory experience. They can then rent various ships to undertake missions, earning in-game currency and rewards like IAE clothing and a weapon kit.

New ships joining the fleet include the Terrapin Medic and expansions in the F7C Mk II line, enhancing the gameplay experience. Star Citizen, with $700m raised in crowdfunding, is also gearing up for its Squadron 42 spin-off slated for a 2026 release.
