: Microsoft is set to be a major supporter of Nintendo's upcoming Switch 2 console, reportedly bringing Halo and Flight Simulator to the platform in 2025. Additionally, Square Enix plans to release Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Rebirth on Switch 2. Both companies are expanding their multiplatform strategies, and they intend to enhance existing titles with updates for the new hardware. While Nintendo has not yet officially unveiled Switch 2, it's expected to happen before 31st March.

Microsoft is reportedly planning to become a prominent supporter of the anticipated Switch 2 console from Nintendo.
