Tesla has introduced the Cybercab, a new robotaxi, during the 'We, Robot' event held at Warner Bros. Discovery's studio in California. Elon Musk presented the vehicle, noting it has no steering wheels or pedals, and is aimed at revolutionizing transport with its fully autonomous capabilities.

The Cybercab is projected to have low operating costs—estimated at 20 cents per mile before taxes, with an expected purchase price below $30,000. Using AI and vision technology instead of radars and sensors seen in other robotaxis, the Cybercab features inductive charging.

Adding to the lineup, Musk introduced the Robovan for group transport and shared insights on the Optimus humanoid robot's progress. He sees a future where the Optimus can perform various tasks and be commercially available for $20,000 to $30,000, mingling and assisting at events.
