The Oura Ring 4 has slimmer sensors, increased accuracy, and more sizes
Oura Ring 4 offers improved design and algorithm for $349.

Victoria Song reveals that the Oura Ring 4 now boasts a slimmer sensor design and is fully made from titanium, offering better comfort with recessed sensors. It is available in sizes 4 to 15 and costs $349, a $50 increase from its predecessor. Oura has introduced a new algorithm that significantly enhances signal quality by 120%, improving blood oxygen tracking accuracy by up to 30% and reducing data gaps during heart rate monitoring by 7 to 31%.
The updated Oura app is now more user-friendly, organized into three sections: Today, Vitals, and My Health. This redesign addresses the app's previous cluttered interface, offering users a dynamic summary of their biometrics and long-term health trends.
Oura also introduced new features, including automatic activity detection for 40 different types and expanded reproductive health options like fertile window predictions. The new model maintains the $6 monthly or $70 annual Oura subscription fee, while existing Oura Ring Gen 3 units will be sold until stock runs out.
