A small but powerful water-cooled mini PC with i9-13900H and RTX 4060, starting at $1,499.
Geekom and Tecno have launched the Megamini G1, claiming it to be the world's smallest water-cooled PC. It is equipped with either a Core i7-13620H or an i9-13900H processor, paired with an Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU. The device also features 32GB of DDR5 5200MHz memory, 2TB of PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD storage, and supports an additional SSD.
The Megamini G1's unique liquid cooling system operates at under 26 decibels, with a maximum flow rate of 2.0 liters per minute and a capacity of 3060 milliliters of coolant. The mini PC also includes a 6,888 square millimeter copper heatsink, dual fans, and an L-shaped radiator capable of dissipating up to 250 watts. Connectivity options are numerous, including a 63 GB/s OCuLink port, Thunderbolt 4, dual HDMI 2.0 outputs, and more.
The Kickstarter campaign for the Megamini G1 has surpassed its initial goal, with shipping slated to begin in November. Early bird pricing starts at $1,499 for the i7 model, with the i9 version priced at $1,899. For comparison, Lenovo's Yoga Portal offers similar performance but is louder, available only in China, and costs around $2,500.
